Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisine

While waiting for the rest to turn up, one of us ordered Deep-fried silver fish (nice and big pieces), Deep-fried bean curd (very oily) and Deep-fried pig intestines which is crispy outside.

Order the $578 set menu

Scallop with egg white in truffle oil

Shark fin
Very unique as shark fin is served dry with crab meat and chilli oil I think and chicken soup separate.

The suckling pig is sub with Roasted Duck.
Crispy skin.
Steamed "King" Fish with ginger
At least half of my bowl is filled with minced ginger.
Broccoli with sea cucumber
Roasted Chicken
Similar to the Roasted Duck

Stewed Bee Hoon with mushroom.

Very stewed

And end with hot and bubbling bowls of almond cream.

Also had half a potion of foie gras ($14) each. A number of us remarked why got foie gras in a Chinese restaurant. With red wine of course from the restaurant wine cellar.
